A phone conversation took place between the Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and China
On January 16, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a telephone conversation with Wang Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
Views were exchanged on the current state and prospects of the Uzbekistan-China All-weather Strategic Partnership, as well as on regional and international topics. The dynamic development of bilateral relations, underpinned by a high level of political trust and intensive dialogue at all levels, was noted with satisfaction.
Particular attention was paid to the further expansion of practical cooperation in key areas. The agenda for 2026 was described as rich and promising.
