Dallas Business Journal: TREC to relocate to new head office in Uptown

The Real Estate Council is set to relocate to a newly renovated headquarters soon.

TREC CEO Jamee Jolly told Dallas Business Journal that it's moving this summer into the building at 3333 Lee Parkway, about a mile away from its current home at 3100 McKinnon St., which was sold over the summer.

The agency seeks to begin a $300,000 interior upgrade on the new space on Jan. 8, with the renovations scheduled to wrap up in March, according to planning documents filed with the state. The new digs will allow for more meeting space, which Jolly emphasizes is key to the organization's operations.
