Garrett has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing progress across environmental, social and governance priorities and reinforcing the strong alignment between the company's mission, business strategy, and sustainability approach.

2025 sustainability highlights

  • Expanded the portfolio of technologies that enable emission reduction and energy efficiency for mobility and industrial applications.
  • Reduced scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions by 3.2% year over year, and by 31.8% compared to 2019.
  • Implemented 175 energy efficiency projects, contributing to 4.6% reduction in energy consumption.
  • Launched new 2030 operational targets for energy, waste and water intensity.
  • Completed over 94,500 hours of training, strengthening capabilities across global teams.
  • Women represented 26.5% of salaried employees and 22.8% of the total workforce.
  • Trained 1,000 managers on workplace respect and anti-harassment.
  • Achieved 100% training completion for Garrett buyers on sustainable procurement practices
