Also tomorrow, voters can return a completed ballot or get a replacement ballot in person at the Ballot Replacement Center at Tempe History Museum, 809 E. Southern Ave. The center will be open May 12-15 and May 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Election Day, May 19, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. All ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.
