Online interest meeting: Affordable Learning Georgia Grant Program (Round 28)

Affordable Learning Georgia, an initiative of the University System of Georgia focused on providing affordable course materials, will host an online interest meeting Monday, Sept. 8, 2025, from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. Individuals who are interested in applying for a Round 28 grant are encouraged to attend. All grants must be submitted through the Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects. More information and the full call for proposals are available on the Affordable Learning Georgia website.

Important dates:

• Sept. 8, 2025, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Online Interest Meeting: Affordable Learning Georgia - Grants/Apply for a Grant (Watch video here.)
• Oct. 3, 2025 - Intent to Apply Form due to the Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects.
• Oct. 7-21, 2025 - Application review and feedback available from OGSP (not required).
• Oct. 29, 2025 - Final documents due to OGSP.
• Oct. 29-31, 2025 - OGSP submits application.
• Nov. 3, 2025 - Round 28 Application deadline.

• Dec. 1, 2025- ALG notifies awardees.
