Join Neurodivergent Network
UAA employees who are curious about connecting with others who share their neurodivergent experiences may consider Employee Experience's Neurodivergent Network, which is a safe space for friendships, support and conversations.
The Neurodivergent Network group has already started meeting, and employees are welcome to join whenever it fits their schedule. This is a fun, welcoming space where attendees share stories, build friendships and bond over both the highs and lows of their unique journeys.
Employees may attend on select Wednesdays throughout the academic year for in-person meetups. Each session kicks off with a brief 10-minute presentation on a topic related to neurodivergence, followed by an open, moderated discussion. Employees will have the chance to share their thoughts, ask questions and hear from others-it's a great way to connect with like-minded people and gain valuable insights along the way.
