Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus I.Sekreta meets Ambassador of Türkiye

On March 3, 2026 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Igor Sekreta, met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Belarus, Güçlü Cem Işık, and the new co-chairman of the Belarusian-Turkish Business Council Fatih Işık.

The interlocutors discussed the state and prospects for the development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, and confirmed their readiness to continue and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

Given the friendly nature and high level of the Belarusian-Turkish dialogue, the parties noted the need to more actively promote the development of business, trade and investment relations between Minsk and Ankara, including through the Business Council.
