Need copies of city records? Beginning Sept. 1, 2026, the City of Grand Prairie is introducing a new process for submitting written Public Information Requests. Requests should be submitted through one of the city's designated submission methods listed below.

For the easiest and fastest way to submit your request, use the city's online Public Information Request Center: gptx.org/pirequest.
