Daytime Shoulder and Partial Ramp Closures on Eastbound Interstate 580 in Contra Costa County for Maintenance Work

Schedule: Wednesday, December 17th and Thursday, December 18th -7 AM to 5 PM, each day.

Contra Costa County - Caltrans District 4 will begin maintenance along eastbound Interstate 580 (I-580) between Bayview Avenue and the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge Toll Plaza. Beginning Wednesday, December 17th and Thursday, December 18th between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Daily with shoulder/partial lane closures near Eastbound Bayview Avenue and Stenmark Drive on ramp to I-580.

**All work is weather dependent and subject to change**

Please be advised a Speed reduction will be enforced along this corridor throughout the construction period. The I-580 Richmond-San Rafael Bridge Corridor Enhancements Project, will continue thorough Winter 2027.

EB I-580 Near Bayview Avenue (shoulder work) and Stenmark Drive on ramp (partial lane closure)
