City of West Hollywood Reminds Community about WeHo Pride Weekend Street and Facility Closures

The City of West Hollywood reminds the community and the region about facility and street closures related to WeHo Pride Weekend, which will take place from Friday, June 5, 2026 through Sunday, June 7, 2026 in and around West Hollywood Park and Santa Monica Boulevard, which will be closed to traffic. Drivers and Metro riders can anticipate increased traffic and commute times; please plan to use alternate routes.

Facility Closures will take place, as follows:

  • West Hollywood Park from Sunday, May 31 through Wednesday, June 10 (West Hollywood Park will reopen Thursday, June 11).
  • Small Dog Park at West Hollywood Park from Tuesday, June 2 through Wednesday, June 10 (Small Dog Park will reopen Thursday, June 11).
  • Large Dog Park at West Hollywood Park from Thursday, June 4 through Wednesday, June 10 (Large Dog Park will reopen Thursday, June 11).
  • Robertson Lot from Friday, June 5, at 12 p.m. through Monday, June 8, at 10 a.m.
  • Crescent Heights Lot will be closed from Wednesday, June 3, at 7 a.m. through Tuesday, June 9, at 5 p.m.

Street Closures will take place, as follows:

  • N. San Vicente Boulevard closed from Melrose Avenue to Santa Monica Boulevard fromThursday, June 4, at 10 a.m. through Monday, June 8, at 10 a.m.
  • Santa Monica Boulevard closed from N. La Cienega Boulevard to N. Doheny Drive from Friday, June 5 at 12 p.m. (noon) through Monday, June 8, at 7 a.m. Please note that barricades will be placed on side streets adjacent to Santa Monica Blvd. earlier than 12 p.m.
  • N. Robertson Boulevard closed from Santa Monica Boulevard to Melrose Avenue from Friday, June 5 at 12 p.m. (noon) through Monday, June 8, at 7 a.m.
  • N. San Vicente Boulevard closed from Santa Monica Boulevard to Cynthia Street from Friday, June 5 at 12 p.m. (noon) through Monday, June 8, at 7 a.m.
  • Santa Monica Boulevard closed from N. Fairfax Avenue to N. Doheny Drive (including side streets one block north and one block south of Santa Monica Boulevard) from Sunday, June 7 at 5 a.m. through Sunday, June 7, at 5 p.m. for the WeHo Pride Parade. Santa Monica Boulevard from N. La Cienega Boulevard to N. Doheny Drive will remain closed though Monday, June 8 at 7 a.m.

City Transit changes will take place, as follows:

The City of West Hollywood will activate its annual Pride Ride free shuttle service during WeHo Pride Weekend. The PickUp and Cityline will suspend regular schedules and will offer free combined Pride Ride services that will operate over WeHo Pride Weekend, on Friday, June 5, 2026; Saturday, June 6, 2026; and Sunday, June 7, 2026. Details will be provided on the WeHo Pride website: www.wehopride.com/gettinghere.

  • Pride Ride vehicles (both PickUp and Cityline vehicles marked with route/destination) will travel through West Hollywood from N. La Brea Avenue to N. Kings Road along Santa Monica Boulevard from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Select Pride Ride vehicles (marked with route/destination) will also loop exclusively to and from the new Wilshire & La Cienega Metro D-Line Station in the City of Beverly Hills from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with City of West Hollywood pickup and drop off on Melrose Avenue and Huntley Drive. Note that for 2026 there will not be Pride Ride service to the Hollywood/Highland Metro stop.
  • Pride-goers may also take one of several Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) bus lines that connect to the City of West Hollywood. A complete guide to bus lines and service hours can be found at www.metro.net and Metro will post service alerts and advisories regarding route changes for Pride weekend at alerts.metro.net.

In June, WeHo Pride Weekend will take place Friday, June 5, 2026throughSunday, June 7, 2026 and will include WeHo Pride Presents Friday Night at OUTLOUD; the free WeHo Pride Street Fair, showcasing a diverse array of LGBTQ+ community groups and organizations; the OUTLOUD Music Festival at WeHo Pride; the Women's Freedom Festival; the Dyke March; free performances on two community stages on Santa Monica Boulevard, and the WeHo Pride Parade. Two new events for WeHo Pride 2026 are: Camp OUT! A Sober Pride Celebration on Sunday, June 7, 2026 and Kaleidoscope: Where Legacy Lives in Color on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Returning this year, the WeHo Pride Pickleball Tournament will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026 and Sunday, June 14, 2026.
