Announcing 2026 Hard Fork Live Interviewees

Today, The New York Times unveiled the full lineup of special guests for the second edition of Hard Fork Live, to be held on Wednesday, June 10, at the Blue Shield of California Theater in San Francisco.



Confirmed guests include:



  • Satya Nadella, chairman and chief executive officer of Microsoft
  • Cindy Cohn, executive director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation
  • Daniel Kokotajlo, executive director of the AI Futures Project
  • Sayash Kapoor, researcher at Princeton University; author of "AI as Normal Technology"
  • Dylan Field, co-founder and chief executive officer of Figma
  • Dwarkesh Patel, host of the "Dwarkesh Podcast"
  • George Ekas, director of engineering at Toborlife AI
  • Phil Mohun, executive director of NODE

Interviewees will be joined onstage by hosts Kevin Roose and Casey Newton as they take to the stage for a live recording of their acclaimed podcast, "Hard Fork." Audiences can expect sneak peeks at new tech, opportunities to connect with other "Hard Fork" fans and plenty of surprises along the way. The show will be taped before a live audience and published on the "Hard Fork" feed.
