Safety is more than a priority at Turner India; it is a core value that shapes every decision, every activity, and every project. Demonstrating this commitment, the BIAL-PAL-2 project has successfully achieved 5 million safe man-hours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI), marking a significant milestone in the project's journey.
This achievement reflects the collective efforts of the entire project team, whose unwavering focus on proactive planning, safe work practices, continuous monitoring, and teamwork has helped create a strong safety culture on site. Reaching this milestone is a testament to disciplined execution and the shared responsibility embraced by everyone involved in the project.
The BIAL-PAL-2 project is a major expansion of Kempegowda International Airport's Terminal 2 in Bengaluru, where Turner India is delivering project management services. Encompassing Terminal 2, associated airside and landside infrastructure, and supporting utilities, the development will enhance passenger capacity to 50 MPPA while strengthening the airport's readiness for future growth.
