eWise Cyprus Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, (formerly Exxon Mobil Cyprus Limited) and is active in the import, storage, wholesale and retail of petroleum products in the Republic of Cyprus, through the operation of a network of petrol stations under the ESSO brand, as well as the supply of related products and services (including lubricants and specialized construction/electromechanical services) to the said network. The company is a 100% subsidiary of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited

Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited is the parent company of the Petrolina Group of companies and is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Petrolina is active in the import, storage and trade of fuels and lubricants under the brands "Petrolina", "Agip" and "ENI" through its network of petrol stations throughout Cyprus.

Statustherm Petroleum Holding Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and operates in the petroleum retail sector as a holding company which owns (100%) subsidiary companies, each of which operates petrol stations under the ESSO brand.
