New Hampshire Air National Guard Deployed in Support of Operation Epic Fury

CONCORD, NH - Airmen from the 157th Air Refueling Wing deployed in late February to the US Central Command area of responsibility in support of Operation Epic Fury. As part of the total force, the New Hampshire Air National Guard continues to support operations around the globe. The 157th, and its active-duty association, are based at Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, NH.

"Joe and I are praying for the members of our New Hampshire Air National Guard and all service members who are deployed as part of Operation Epic Fury," said Governor Kelly Ayotte. "Our Guardsmen and their families have our full support, and we are grateful for their service to our country."

"Our airmen are well prepared and well trained for this mission," said New Hampshire Adjutant Gen. David Mikolaities. "This deployment is a testament to their readiness and capabilities."
