Basin and Drain Cleaning Along Route 99 in Cromwell and Rocky Hill

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that basin and drain cleaning will be performed on Route 99 in Cromwell and Rocky Hill. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, November 17, 2025, and be completed on Friday, January 17, 2026. The project DOT01703712CN consists of catch basin and drain Cleaning.
This project is being performed by Staxx Construction.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be alternating lane closures on Route 99 in Cromwell and Rocky Hill from Monday November 17, 2025, to Friday, January 17, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No work will be performed on Holidays. Traffic control signing patterns and flaggers will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
