The new edition of the Atlas of Migration offers an updated, harmonised overview of international migration across the EU Member States and 171 countries and territories worldwide.
It helps understand the drivers shaping global migration trends and developments. Its structured and harmonised presentation ensures users can swiftly access the data needed for briefings, policy development, and analytical work.
The 2025 Atlas includes two-page country profiles, regional overviews, and a thematic chapter on conflict displacement.
The Atlas builds on the JRC's commitment to delivering robust, context-sensitive evidence for EU migration and asylum policies. The data included in it come from validated sources such as Eurostat, UNDESA, UNHCR, IOM, the World Bank, and national statistical offices, ensuring accuracy and comparability across countries.
