Turner Engineering Group (TEG) integrates professional engineering expertise into the earliest stages of planning and design, helping project teams evaluate options sooner, reduce risk, and improve performance outcomes before construction begins and when projects gain the greatest value.

Since its founding in 2016, TEG has grown into a multidisciplinary engineering group that is engaged at every phase from preconstruction through delivery. TEG services include building systems evaluation, value analysis, constructability review, design optimization, and technical risk assessment.

"The complexity of what our clients are asking us to achieve in terms of performance, schedule, resiliency, and scale is accelerating. TEG was built to stay ahead of that. The group spans more than a dozen disciplines, from structural and building envelope to embodied carbon, building physics, mechanical, electrical and technology. That range lets us look at a project as a whole system. That integrated approach is where we're going, and it's where our clients need us," said Tom Reilly, President, Turner.

Over the past decade, TEG has grown from supporting projects representing approximately $5 billion in annual construction volume to influencing more than $20 billion annually across projects worldwide. The group has contributed to major developments across sectors including sports and entertainment, healthcare, aviation, hyperscale data centers, and advanced manufacturing, with notable projects including the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, the Cleveland Clinic Avon Inpatient Bed Tower, and San Diego International Airport Terminal 1.

"Our architects and engineers are in the room with our clients, design partners, and construction team from day one - evaluating systems and seeking creative solutions. By the time a project moves into construction, the team has already worked through the hard problems, closed the gaps, and evaluated critical options. That's been our standard of operation, and it's why the demand for our services keeps growing," said Rob Barbera, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Turner.

"We have professional engineers and designers who've spent their careers understanding how buildings actually get built - across geotechnical, structural, building envelope, building physics, energy modeling, and more. That depth is what enables us to identify where a different system, material, or approach is practical, buildable, and aligned with performance goals. Our people are the Engineering Advantage," said Attilio Rivetti, Vice President, Director of Design, Turner.
