Apply now to sell Safe and Sane fireworks!
Celebrate Independence Day and raise money for your non-profit! Pre-application permits are due by March 15.
To qualify for a permit to sell Safe and Sane fireworks, your nonprofit organization must meet all the requirements below:
- Have at least 20 members
- The location of the organization's principal meeting place, rented or owned, shall be within the City limits of Palmdale
- Be established in the City for at least 12 months before applying
- Provide proof of nonprofit status from the IRS
- Provide an Entity Status Letter showing the organization is in good standing with the Franchise Tax board with boxes 1 and 3 checked.
