Reputation Launches AI Platform That Puts Enterprise Brands in Control of AI Search Representation

SAN RAMON, CALIF.-Reputation, the global leader in reputation intelligence, today announced the availability of three AI capabilities, marking a significant expansion of its AI product suite. The capabilities-Reputation IQ, AI Reputation Manager, and AI Location Presence Insights-are now available to all customers, giving enterprise brands a more powerful way to manage and improve their presence across hundreds or thousands of locations at scale.

Customer discovery is shifting rapidly, with AI-powered search increasingly determining which brands are surfaced. Recommendations are driven by signals such as review sentiment, listing accuracy, and other data that AI models prioritize. For enterprise brands, understanding how they appear in AI-generated results, and why some locations are surfaced while others are not, has been difficult to measure and harder to influence.

To address this, Reputation has introduced three capabilities that give enterprise brands visibility into and control over how they are represented in AI-powered search:

  • Reputation IQ enables users to ask questions in plain English and get instant answers pulled from synthesized datasets across the platform. Questions like, "What's driving negative sentiment at my top-volume locations?" This eliminates the need to rely on analysts or navigate multiple reports, allowing teams to quickly get to the information they need and take targeted action.
  • AI Reputation Manager shows brands exactly how they are being presented by AI-powered search engines including OpenAI, Gemini, and Perplexity. It surfaces the sentiment themes, competitive comparisons, and specific citations that are shaping how AI describes brands to potential customers, giving teams the visibility they need to understand and improve how brands show up in AI-generated results.
  • AI Location Presence Insights audits the data signals that AI search engines use to decide which locations to recommend. For multi-location brands, visibility is driven by the quality and completeness of underlying data. This capability pinpoints where that data breaks down, enabling teams to take targeted action.

Together, these capabilities form the AI intelligence layer at the core of the Reputation platform, connecting how AI systems interpret a brand with the customer feedback and data signals that drive those outcomes. This provides enterprise teams with a direct view into how they are represented in AI-powered search, what is influencing their visibility, and where to take action to improve performance across locations at scale.

"AI-powered search is redefining how brands are discovered and evaluated, increasingly determining which brands get recommended and which get ignored, yet most enterprise teams have limited visibility into how they are represented or what drives those outcomes," said Joe Burton, CEO of Reputation. "Reputation gives brands a direct view into how AI systems interpret and represent their business and what is driving their visibility, bringing together customer feedback, operational data, and AI-driven insights in one platform so teams can take targeted action to improve performance at scale."

Reputation IQ, AI Reputation Manager, and AI Location Presence Insights are available now to all eligible Reputation customers and can be accessed directly within the Reputation platform. Customers can contact their Customer Success Manager for additional information.
