Veterinarians (216 RICR 40 05 14)

Purpose and Reason:

The Rhode Island Department of Health is proposing to amend "Veterinarians" [216-RICR-40-15-14] to fulfill the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 4-9.1 "Donation of Medications for Use by Nonprofit, State, and Local Facilities," to incorporate the American Veterinary Medical Association's Code of Ethics, and to conform to RIDOH regulatory drafting procedures.
