It is proposed to prohibit the installation of additional amplifiers and speakers in vehicles
The necessity to adopt the drafts is due to the fact that loud music playing from additional amplifiers and speakers, sounds from retrofitted or additionally installed mufflers can disturb public peace, as well as make it difficult to hear the sound of horns, respond to emergency vehicle signals, and drive.
