CITY OF LUDINGTON
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2025 AT 5:00 P.M.
The Ludington City Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 5:00 p.m. at City Hall Municipal Building, 400 S. Harrison St, Ludington, Michigan. The purpose of this meeting is to go into closed session under Section 8(1)(h) of the Open Meetings Act for the purpose of considering written legal opinions from a City attorney, regarding the development at 129 W. Ludington Ave., which opinions are exempt from disclosure by Section 13(1)(g) of the Freedom of Information Act. Following the closed session, the Council may take action in open session or otherwise conduct business that may lawfully come before the Council.
