Downtown road closures coming this week

Winnipeg, MB - Traffic disruptions are coming Downtown to accommodate the Burt Block Party concert series.

The following lane closures will be in place from 9 a.m. Wednesday, August 12 to 2 p.m. Monday August 17:

  • Smith Street from Ellice Avenue to Notre Dame Street
    • Closed to all traffic
  • Westbound Ellice Avenue from Garry Street to Donald Street
    • Curb lane closed, median lane open
  • Westbound Notre Dame between Arthur Street and Donald Street
    • Median lane closed, all other lanes open
  • Donald Street from Notre Dame Avenue to Cumberland Street
    • Median lane closed, all other lanes open.

Drivers should plan ahead, use alternate routes, and anticipate delays in the area.
