Temporary Road Closure for 118 N. Prince St. Project
April 1, 2025
Beginning April 11, there will be a temporary road closure on N. Prince St. as part of ongoing utility work related to the 118 N. Prince St. development project.
Beginning at 7 p.m. on April 11, N. Prince St. between E. Chestnut St. and E. Orange St. will be closed to all traffic to allow crews to connect utilities. The roadway is scheduled to reopen at 12 a.m. on April 13.
A detour route will be in place, directing vehicles to E. Chestnut St. , Duke St., and E. Orange St. The Prince Street Garage will remain accessible via the Orange St. entrance for entry only, while the garage exit will remain open. Pedestrian sidewalks along Prince St. will remain open for public use.
