City of Dallas Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Engagement Webinar

Good afternoon,

You are invited to join the City of Dallas Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Engagement Webinar, designed for affordable housing developers, consultants, and industry partners.

During this webinar, the Office of Housing and Community Empowerment (OHCE) will provide an overview of updates to the City's LIHTC Program Statement, proposed changes to the Request for Applications (RFA) Guidebook, and the application process for the upcoming year. The session is also an opportunity to gather developer feedback on the proposed guidebook and ensure alignment with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
