See Pixel 10 Pro's new zoom tech in action

Instead of just using a magnifying glass to look at a blurry, distant photo (similar to traditional digital zoom), Pro Res Zoom uses the few details that are there, like shapes and colors, and then fills in the rest of the missing information, creating a new, much clearer image.

This process uses a combination of the camera's captured data and generative AI to extrapolate details that the camera sensor couldn't physically capture on its own, resulting in some truly stunning shots.
