We're excited to share that Norm Miller has joined Cavan Companies as Chief Executive Officer, marking an important step in our next phase of growth.

Norm brings a career defined by discipline, operational excellence, and integrity, shaped by more than 30 years of executive experience - including 17 years leading publicly traded companies. A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army officer, his leadership style is grounded in the same principles that have guided Cavan since day one: accountability, teamwork, and long-term value creation.

As Cavan continues expanding its Build-to-Rent platform across the Southwest and Midwest, Norm's focus will be on strengthening operations, scaling our growth strategy, and continuing to deliver exceptional performance for our investors.
