3. Ratification of a letter of support for a grant application by San Juan Basin Area Agency on Aging.
4. Approval of Resolution 2025-35, La Plata County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
5. Approval of a comment letter for the Environmental Protection Agency and Army Corps of Engineers proposed rule revising regulations defining the scope of waters federally covered under the Clean Water Act.
6. Approval of Axis Health System contribution Memorandum of Understanding for the operation of the Crossroads Acute Treatment Unit.
7. Approval of Amendment to CR 151 IRU Agreement for Broadband.
8. Approval of a settlement agreement and mutual release of claims between La Plata County and Durango Area Tourism Office dba Visit Durango.
9. Consideration of Certification of Levies and Revenues to be collected in budget year 2026.
10. Consideration of appointments to the Planning Commission.
