Analyst Firm Recognizes Insight Among Notable Providers in AI Technical Services Landscape

Forrester has recognized Insight among notable providers in its recent report, The AI Technical Services Landscape, Q2 2025. In the report, the prominent global research and advisory firm gives an overview of notable vendors and surveyed them on their top extended business scenarios. Insight identified its top three focus areas as AI innovations, edge AI solutions, and agentic AI lifecycle services.

Insight rolled out one of the first globally implemented corporate policies around generative AI in late 2022. According to the report, AI technical services are defined as "the delivery capability of repeatable and scalable AI solutions, encompassing AI and data infrastructure, governance, training, and innovation."¹
