Dentons and Balcıoğlu Selçuk Eymirlioğlu Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership advise Nurol Holding on its private placement Eurobond issuance

London-Global law firm Dentons has advised Nurol Holding on its issuance of US$200 million notes due 2031, by way of a private placement. The bonds are listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

Dentons acted as English counsel to Nurol Holding, Balcıoğlu Selçuk Eymirlioğlu Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership, acted as Turkish legal counsel.

Nurol Holding is a leading Turkish industrial conglomerate operating in the construction, defense manufacturing, energy, investment banking, and tourism industries.
