Honigman advised 4M Building Solutions, a leading full-service commercial cleaning and janitorial services platform owned by O2 Investment Partners, LP, in its recent acquisition of Calvary Building Services.

With a history of serving the greater Grand Rapids, Michigan area for nearly a decade, Calvary Building Services will bring an extensive range of cleaning and specialty services to the partnership. It will also accelerate 4M's expansion throughout Michigan and continue to improve the swiftness and effectiveness of services to its customers.

The terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.

A Honigman team led by Corporate Partners Evan J. Leibhan and Nicholas Pedersen advised 4M on the matter, with support from Associate George M. Cobane, along with the finance deal team led by Partner Clara L. Seymour with support from Associates M. Brian Braum, Jr., Lauren Legner, and Jonathan T. Winkle.
