ILLINOIS - Illinois Democrat Lawmakers passed a disastrous bill today that massively increases your utility bills.
They have done this same thing twice before: they promise savings but then their solution delivers the higher costs.
Nine other states have tried this and it has led to higher utility bills!!!!! In other words FAILED!
To my Cook County residents: You're about to get hit with a double property tax bill and now Democrat lawmakers are raising your utility bill to funnel 20-years of profits to hedge fund backed battery companies.
This is bad public policy at its finest-this is JB Pritzker's "Big Billionaire Battery Bailout."
