TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the reappointment of Bret Jones and Timothy Morris to the Lake-Sumter State College District Board of Trustees.
Bret Jones
Jones is the Chief Executive Officer and Attorney at the Law Offices of Bret Jones, P.A. Active in his community, he is the Chairman of The Lake 100 and previously served as a member of the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation. Jones earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Webber International University and his juris doctor from the University of Florida.
Timothy Morris
Morris is the Vice President of Ernie Morris Enterprises, Inc. Active in his community, he is currently elected as a Lake County Commissioner, representing District 5, and previously served as a member of the Lake County Planning & Zoning Board. Morris earned his associate degree from Lake-Sumter State College.
These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
