GCSU Not-for-Credit Internship Program

The Georgia College & State University Career Center offers a Not-for-Credit Internship Program designed to provide students with valuable hands-on experience while enhancing their academic and professional development. This program allows students to gain practical skills, expand their professional network and strengthen their resumes without the commitment of enrolling in a for-credit internship course.

Students can turn existing jobs or volunteer experiences that relate to their major into a not-for-credit internship, allowing them to receive formal recognition for the skills and experience they are already gaining. This program is free and requires participants to fulfill key requirements, including a professional development project and supervisor evaluations. Upon successful completion, the internship will be recorded on the student's official transcript, recognizing their achievement.
