Bank of Hawai'i to Temporarily Close Guam and Saipan Branches Due to Super Typhoon Bavi

July 3rd, 2026

Due to Super Typhoon Bavi, Bank of Hawai'i will temporarily close all branch operations on Guam and Saipan effective Monday, July 6 ChST, and will remain closed until further notice. This includes the bank's Tamuning, Harmon, and Micronesia Mall branches on Guam, and its Gualo Rai Branch on Saipan.

Bank of Hawai'i's Koror Branch on Palau will remain open.

Call Center operations remain open to assist customers. West Pacific region customers may continue to contact Bank of Hawai'i through its Call Center at 1-877-553-2424 for Guam and Saipan. Bank of Hawai'i's Call Center on Guam will be automatically re-routed to Hawai'i.

Online and mobile banking services will continue to operate. Bank of Hawai'i will also place public updates on all of its social media platforms (Facebook: www.facebook.com/bankofhawaii, Instagram: www.instagram.com/bankofhawaii and X (formerly Twitter: www.twitter.com/bankofhawaii), as well as its website: www.boh.com.

Bank of Hawai'i will continue to assess the status of its West Pacific branches, and will update the public on branch closures and reopenings as Bavi continues on its path.
