Caerphilly residents invited to share their views on play spaces

Posted on : 03 Oct 2025 Caerphilly County Borough Council is inviting local people to take part in an engagement survey to help shape the future of play spaces and playgrounds across the county borough.

Running between Friday 3rd October and Friday 17th October, the survey gives children, parents, grandparents, carers, guardians and community groups the chance to share their ideas for how parks can be improved and refurbished.

The council has received funding from the All Wales Play Opportunities Grant to invest in parks and the play service. This funding will be used to improve the quality and accessibility of play spaces and playgrounds so that everyone can enjoy them, whatever their needs.

This work supports the aims of the council's Sport and Active Recreation Strategy 2019-2029, which focuses on creating opportunities for residents of all ages and abilities to be active and healthy.

The short survey is available online and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
