Enclave Promotes Josh Wilcox to Chief Investment Officer

Since joining Enclave in 2022, Josh has played a key role in the growth of Enclave Investments. Most recently serving as President of Development & Investments, he helped drive strategic expansion across the portfolio and was instrumental in the launch of Enclave's first Real Estate Fund in 2025.

In his new role as Chief Investment Officer, Josh will lead capital markets strategy, investor relations, debt partnerships, fund governance, and acquisitions. This dedicated focus strengthens Enclave's ability to raise equity strategically, deepen key financial relationships, and expand its investment platform.
