A Portion of Potomac Avenue to be Closed Daily Beginning September 8
FREDERICK, Md. - Potomac Avenue will be closed daily between addresses 6812 and 6817 beginning on or about September 8, 2025 for approximately three days, weather permitting. This closure will be a day closure between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The closure will allow the Frederick County Department of Highway operations to install a culvert box on an existing pipe. For additional information, contact Joe McHugh at 301-600-1554.
