MADRID, March 24, 2026 - Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced that it will partner with the Extremadura Government to support digital services for the region's one million citizens. As part of this effort, Kyndryl will provide specialized consulting and technical supervision services for the design and commissioning of a new data center.

By supporting the design and delivery of Extremadura's new data center, Kyndryl will help strengthen the technology foundation that underpins public services across the region and supports the continued digitization of citizens' services.

Under the agreement, the Extremadura Government will leverage Kyndryl Consult and data center experts to provide technical quality assurance services, including commissioning, helping align the new data center with sustainability, availability and resilience objectives for critical infrastructure.
