Recycling & Waste

Last year, the county collected just over 123,500 pounds of household hazardous waste from 1,400 residents and businesses. Since its inception in 1998, the program has safely disposed of 2.5 million pounds of hazardous waste.

Cumberland County Recycling & Waste will offer special collection days in 2025. Make an appointment to drop off your hazardous waste.

2025 Collection Dates:

Saturday | August 16 | 9am - 3pm

Thursday | October 23 | 11am -5pm
