Public Notice - AB 1600 Annual Report of Development Impact Fees

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting will be held before the City Council of the City of Murrieta at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be discussed.

The public meeting concerns receiving and filing the City of Murrieta's AB 1600 Annual Report of Development Impact Fees for the Fiscal Year ended 2024/25 (AB 1600 Annual Report).

The AB 1600 Annual Report will be made available for inspection at the Finance Department (City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta) beginning December 12, 2025, during normal business hours and also on the City of Murrieta's website https://www.murrietaca.gov/1264/Comprehensive-Fees.

Any person may either submit written comments to the City Clerk before the public meeting, which shall be made as part of the record or may appear and be discussed regarding any item in the AB 1600 Annual Report. If you challenge any of this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public meeting described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at or prior to the public meeting.

It is the intention of the City to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in all respects. Upon request, this item will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities. If you require modification, accommodation, or special assistance to attend or participate in this meeting, please contact the City Clerk Department at (951) 461-6030 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting date. The 48-hour notification period will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting.
