CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00011142 de 01 de junio de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR de oficio la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Largo Plazo de la compañía LOGISTICA EMPRESARIAL LEMPRESA S.A., por un monto de hasta CUATRO MILLONES DE DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 4.000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRQ-DRMV-2021-00011050 de 16 de diciembre de 2021.
