TUFF President and CEO, Kevin Byrne, Presents Mike Bowman With AURP’s 2026 Vision Award
On March 13, 2026 at AURP's Annual Spring Training event, J. Michael "Mike" Bowman, AURP Past President; and President/CEO of Delaware Technology Park was honored with the 2026 Vision Award for his leadership in advancing research parks and innovation ecosystems. TUFF President and CEO, Kevin Byrne had the honor of presenting this award.
Kevin's remarks highlighted Mike's role as both a doer and a connector in advancing the role of university research as a driver national economic impact, and his long-standing role as a convener of industry, academia, and government. Mike has played a key role in fostering university-industry partnerships, strengthening the Delaware innovation economy through the growth of the Delaware Technology Park, and co-authored AURP's Power of Place whitepaper.
