First 206 acres of Peachtree are under way
ICYMI: IHP Capital Partners and development partner Scarborough Lane Development have closed on the first 206 acres of Peachtree and are under way in developing the new 1,458-acre master-planned community in Brazoria County, south of Houston.
The initial phase will deliver 535 finished single-family lots and a recreation area featuring a lazy river pool and outdoor pavilion. At full buildout, Peachtree is planned to include approximately 3,400 finished lots, along with retail, parks, open space and land reserved for potential future schools.
