Dentons strengthens Intellectual Property, Data and Technology practice with Dr. Hannah Bug von Stocki

Berlin-Global law firm Dentons is strengthening its Intellectual Property, Data and Technology practice in Germany with the addition of Dr. Hannah Bug von Stocki as a partner in its Berlin office, effective today. Her arrival will allow Dentons to expand its legal services in relation to technology transactions and intellectual property law.

An experienced IP/tech lawyer, she advises on complex technology transactions and assists companies primarily in the areas of trademark, competition, and copyright law, including licensing law at the intersection with technology and digital law. Her clients include online platforms, AI providers, and German and international industrial groups from various sectors such as infrastructure, telecommunications, and finance. She is the author of publications on topics including the Digital Services Act and the Product Safety Regulation with regard to online marketplaces, as well as data licensing in the context of big data and the Data Act. She joins Dentons from Gleiss Lutz.
