Charlotte Post: Upscale townhouse communities slated for Historic West End sites
New upscale housing is putting down roots in Historic West End.
Charlotte-based Beauxwright, LLC has launched a pair of developments: Five Points Townhomes, a 5.57-acre project next to Five Points Park near Johnson C. Smith University and Greenway Townhomes, located on 11.4 acres along Rozzelles Ferry Road.The Five Points land purchase closed on Dec. 31 while Greenway Townhomes closed Dec. 21. Site preparation is scheduled to start this month and homes in both developments and will be priced in the high $300,000 range.
