ACP-Backed Strata Branches Out; Closes Two Add-ons

CLEVELAND and DALLAS, May 7, 2026 - Align Capital Partners ("ACP") portfolio company Strata Landscape Services ("Strata" or the "Company") has completed two strategic acquisitions in Southern California. Strata initially acquired Watersedge Landscape ("Watersedge") to expand its presence in the San Diego market and subsequently added Venco Western ("Venco"), which serves Ventura County and the surrounding communities.

Founded and led by Jorge Sanchez for over two decades, Watersedge has a strong reputation for high-quality service, long-standing client relationships and a people-first culture. Following the acquisition, Sanchez has stayed on to lead Strata's business in San Diego ensuring a seamless transition for employees and customers.

Venco also has a deep-rooted family-legacy and has been serving Ventura County for over 65 years maintaining some of the region's most recognizable public and commercial landscapes. Third-generation family leader Mario Del Nagro remained with the business post-close, continuing Venco's focus on service excellence and its commitments to customers, employees and the communities it serves.
