FIATA Launches the 2025 Young Logistics Professionals Award!

The 2025 Young Logistics Professionals (YLP) Award, presented by FIATA and the TT Club, is now open for applications! This competition invites talented young individuals from around the world to showcase their expertise, insights, and innovative thinking in the logistics industry.

About the YLP Award

The YLP Award gives young professionals a platform to make their mark, firstly through a 4,000-6,000 words dissertation competition to address challenging import and export commodities from their region. This academic and practical exercise not only encourages in-depth research and analysis but also develops participants' critical thinking and writing skills-key assets in their professional journey. To explore the depth and diversity of past topics, participants and interested readers can access previous winners' dissertations, showcasing the calibre of work celebrated in this competition.

What Are the Eligibility Criteria?

• The candidate must be aged between 18-35 years old when entering the contest.
• The candidate must have 1-2 years of full-time experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• The candidate must be nominated by their local FIATA Association Member no later than 1 February 2025 to [email protected].

One of the most exciting parts of the YLP Award is the final round, held during the FIATA World Congress, which will be taking place in vibrant Vietnam in 2025. The 4 regional finalists will have the unique opportunity to present their work in a dedicated panel session and engage with industry experts and fellow peers on a global stage.
