Town of San Tan Valley appointed Brent Billingsley as its first Town Manager

At a Town Council meeting on Wednesday evening, the Town of San Tan Valley appointed Brent Billingsley as its first Town Manager. Brent, currently a Development Services Manager with Pinal County, has previously served as Town Manager of Florence and City Manager for Globe.

Mayor Daren Schnepf highlighted Billingsley's deep ties with Pinal County, and thirty years of leadership and management experience, which has included contributing directly to the infrastructure, planning, development agreements, and local government initiatives in San Tan Valley.

Billingsley, who will begin his new role on December 15th, beat out twenty other applicants to land the role. He spoke of being truly honored and humbled, with his hope that "...we'll create something that generations in the future will look to and appreciate."
