AUSTIN, Texas - Oct. 31, 2025 - American Campus Communities (ACC), the nation's largest owner, developer and manager of high-quality student housing, today announced that Angela Testa, executive vice president of property operations, has been named to Connect CRE's 2025 list of Women in Real Estate.
The annual program honors women who are making a lasting impact on the commercial real estate industry through innovation, leadership and community-building. Testa earned this recognition for her strategic and operational leadership across ACC's national portfolio, which serves more than 130,000 student residents and employs over 2,300 team members.
With more than two decades of experience at ACC, Testa has led key operational advancements that improve service delivery, employee engagement and resident satisfaction. Her regionally structured leadership model and commitment to internal talent development have helped support a 90% promotion rate among senior managers.
This honor adds to a growing list of accolades for both Testa and American Campus Communities, including the company's recent inclusion on GlobeSt.'s 2025 CRE Best Places to Work list and Testa's recognition as a GlobeSt. 2025 Influencer in Multifamily Real Estate.
